Our Focus
LaMountain & Associates is a leadership and staff development firm that provides integrated solutions that measure, create, and/or reinforce both behavior change and impact. Our well-tested toolkit includes executive and leadership coaching, state-of-the art 360 Feedback technology, classroom and on-line training, staff selection and retention strategies, and Performance Management process re-design.
Over the last 25 years, we have served hundreds of clients, ranging in size from under 50 employees to over 30,000 employees. Our clients come from the private and public sectors and include dozens of nonprofit and professional organizations.
