Dennis M. LaMountain Bio

Dennis is Principal at LaMountain & Associates. He founded LaMountain & Associates in 1981.  He has also done collaborative work with several national consulting firms since that time. 

Dennis holds a B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern University and a M.S. in Personnel and Human Resources from Cornell University. Prior to starting his consulting business, he was Manager of Management Development for Philip Morris.

A recognized authority on a variety of topics, he has been quoted in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Washington Times, Industry Week, The Training and Development Journal, Training Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, U.S. Air Magazine, and various regional newspapers.

Dennis is highly respected for his ability to customize an approach to a particular environment. This is true for programs ranging from Leadership Development to Performance Management and Multi-Rater Feedback Processes. He has over 25 years of experience matching responses to the unique needs of the client. Most of his work over the last several years has been as a Leadership Coach with managers and executives and as a trainer of internal coaches for both public and private sector organizations.

Camille A. Harris Bio

Camille is a Senior Associate at LaMountain & Associates. She specializes in one-on-one coaching, 360 performance feedback, and systems-level consulting and training.

Camille has a Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She has an extensive background in education, mental health, and social work leadership positions in nonprofit and governmental agencies prior to joining LaMountain & Associates.  She founded a community non-profit organization and served as its Executive Director for nine years. 

Camille is respected for her expertise in nonprofit organizational development; team building; grants writing; program, staff and board development; individual development planning; and clinical supervision. She is also recognized as a valuable contributor in various volunteer leadership positions in community organizations.

In addition to organizational leadership roles, Camille is an experienced mental health clinician. At LaMountain & Associates, she has made a natural transition from counseling to coaching.  She is recognized for her ability to help people "move forward" through coaching, training, and 360 feedback projects. Camille works as a Leadership Coach with managers and executives, as well as a Business Coach with entrepreneurs and small businesses owners.
